Electric Gate

Bennett Landing has an electric gate activated by a keychain remote control that opens and closes for the private community.

The video shows a car entering the community and passing Villa 1. Villa 2 is seen when the right turn is made. The opening for Villas 3 and 4 are passed. The truck finally parks at Villa 5 at the top of the hill.

When leaving the community the gate automatically detects the automobile and opens.
