Villa 5B is a three floor Villa with a private elevator and a 2 car garage. All of the three floor villas in Bennett Landing are located in the back row. This provides better views of the Neuse River / Pamlico Sound. The primary living space of Villa 5B and all other Bennett Landing three level villas are located on the highest level to maximize the most enjoyable views.

What distinguishes the A units and the B units in the back row is that the B units have an elevator. Some people prefer having an elevator. Other people prefer the added space in not having the elevator.
